About Win
Throughout my journey in Bellaire, from serving as Mayor Pro Tem to actively participating in various community organizations, I have dedicated my time to enhancing our beloved city. Along with my service on Council, volunteering on PTO boards and chairing both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Police Training Commission have allowed me to work closely with residents, City staff, and local leaders. These experiences have enriched my understanding of our community's dynamics and its needs. Alongside my wife Johnnie, we've proudly called Bellaire home since 1991. Our commitment to this vibrant community runs deep as we invest ourselves in initiatives that pave the way for a better future for all residents. It has truly been an honor to serve alongside so many passionate individuals striving for positive change in Bellaire.
